Surge Secure Power Protectors

Ellies High level surge protectors comes with a R30 000 repair or replace appliance warranty should you in the event experience surge damage to your appliance whilst using our High level surge protector.

Ellies TV Safe Adaptor has a R20 000 repair or replace warranty in the event that you equipment be damaged during a surge via the mains.

Ellies Fridge Safe Adaptor has a R20 000 repair or replace warranty in the event that your refrigerator compressor be damaged during a drop in voltage or a surge via the mains.

Please find warranty form enclosed in all Ellies High level surge protectors as specified on packaging.

UPS Inverter Trolley

The UPS Inverter Trolley, excluding batteries, has a 1 year warranty from date of purchase to be free from defects and to perform as specified. The batteries carry a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. Ellies approved batteries must be used with this inverter for the warranty to remain valid. Please keep receipt as proof of purchase.

In the event that this product fails to operate correctly, we undertake to repair any part of the inverter found to be defective during this 1 year warranty period, except where the defect is due to incorrect installation if connected to mains power, damage from loading, unloading and storage, over-voltage and overload, misuse, neglect, repairs or modifications which have not been carried out by authorised Ellies service personnel or any damage by force majeure.

Sunsynk Inverters and Batteries

Ellies’ Sunsynk includes a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

To ensure that Ellies can honour its warranty, please work through the document which you can download below as well as the product manual to ensure proper installation and operation of the equipment. All installations are to be carried out by qualified personnel.

It is the responsibility of the installer or homeowner to complete and return this document to Ellies.
